We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, including where products are unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The price stated at the time of order is the price you pay. Payment is collected on delivery (cash on delivery). No payment card information is collected or processed via this website.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales and costs will be confirmed during the telephone order confirmation. We aim to despatch confirmed orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Your Right to Cancel and Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with your statutory rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (the "Consumer Rights Directive") as implemented in UK law.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by contacting us at info@forceeliminate.world. You must return the product in a reasonable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

The right of cancellation does not apply to products that have been opened or partially used, except where they are faulty or not as described.
